🌤️ Weather Policy for Fishing Charters
When planning a fishing charter, it’s crucial to keep an eye on the weather. The Captain has the final say on whether it’s safe to set sail. Since weather forecasts can change quickly, your Captain will get in touch with you 24 hours before your trip to update you on the conditions. If Low Country Fishing Charters (LCFC) decides to cancel your trip due to bad weather, you’ll receive a full refund, or you can choose to reschedule your charter without any extra charge.
⏳ During the Trip
If bad weather forces your trip to end earlier than planned, the decision to offer a refund for the lost time is entirely up to the Captain. Any decisions regarding refunds or discounts will be made on the spot and included in your payment agreement.
🚫 Liability Disclaimer
Should your charter be canceled due to weather or unexpected events, please note that LCFC won’t cover any costs related to accommodation or other travel expenses. Additionally, LCFC is not liable for any damage to personal items like cameras or phones during the trip. To protect your belongings, we advise keeping them in a waterproof bag (such as a Ziploc) until you need them.
